OSSA works closely with clients in the field and the sector-specific Advisory Committees to assess and understand client training needs. OSSA works to assess the gaps between current performance and desired performance as they relate to Health & Safety, and designs training to fill those gaps where applicable.
Once a training need has been identified, OSSA consultants recommend the most affordable, efficient solution available to meet your Health & Safety needs in a way that also supports your business goals. To ensure continual high quality, OSSA utilizes a program evaluation model that helps to assess the usefulness and value of new products from inception to completion.
During the training process, facilitators ensure that employees are given the opportunity to apply new skills to 'real life' situations and to learn by doing.
