These customized workshops are designed to provide employers, supervisors, HR professionals, health & safety representatives and JHSC members with the information and skills needed to uphold your legal obligations under the Act and create an effective health & safety program in the workplace. These modules are designed to support our Workwell Program or they can be delivered as awareness seminars to larger audiences.
Each workshop is approximately 2 hours in length and provides an engaging combination of activities, such as lecture, large group discussion, case study analysis and action planning in both a small group format and through individual exercises.

Legislation in Ontario requires companies with 6 to 19 workers to have a health and safety representative. Start your representatives on the right path with this training session.
This 3-hour course provides participants with an overview of the roles and responsibilities of a health and safety representative and allows them to learn where and why health and safety representatives are needed and how to carry out each key responsibility. Participants learn tips, tools and strategies that can be applied in the workplace.

Important Note: : Tim Hortons staff must obtain the Part II Certification booklet from the TDL warehouse in Guelph and bring it with them to the training session, or they will not be able to complete the training.
