Shipping & Handling
Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping. Shipping & handling are not including in the product price. Shipping & handling fees vary according to location and order quantities. All shipping is via courier.
Rush Orders
OSSA offers Rush Order service options for clients who wish to receive next day delivery, for an additional fee. Rush Orders must be placed before 12:00 noon EST the previous day in order to fulfill this requirement.
Payments
All product orders must be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or cheque prior to shipping. Orders will be processed upon authorization of credit card purchases and clearance of cheques.
